Sorcery Rune damage scaling?
I think it'd be cool if one of the two damage Rune paths scaled, and Sorcery would probably make more sense than Domination. It would be cool to see each path pushed towards late game or early game.

There have been several posts asking for scorch to scale so it's useful mid/lane game, but we've yet to see anything come from it. same with Cheap shot
I'm failing to see how it makes more sense for it to scale than domination tbh, although in my eyes neither need to.
