Compensation for Ranked Losses When Needed

OK, I've been playing League on and off ever since season 2 and I have constantly encountered a problem for the past two seasons whenever I do ranked games. This problem is troll players, yes trolls...I have been in several preliminary games this season and lost about 3 or 4 of them due to players intentionally trolling my match, thus causing my team to lose, only to leave me and the other three players left with a loss, which could mean dropping down a rank or losing a promotional game. I think Riot needs to implement a just compensation system, where players can report a bad game experience when needed, where it will be judged by a team, to determine if they deserve another chance at either a preliminary, promotional, or ranked game in general. I've dropped down two whole ranks this season because of trolls, leaving me in Bronze 4, where it's difficult to find good team play and cooperation with people. It makes me cry inside when this happens and I would like to see this addressed as soon as possible.
