Having all 3 support items unlocked by a support mastery [not key stone]. This mastery would also decrease the amount of gold you receive by farming but would boost your gold by generating it by all 3 know forms all together. 1- By hitting champions [gives more gold] 2- Being close to minions that die [small amount] 3- Passive gold over time [smallest amount]
But if it's not high up in the tree then anyone can get it, but if its high then it limits what keystone a support can get, only a keystone in resolve or cunning, whichever tree it's in.
straight up, supports need regen and early health but poorer scaling.
the problem supports have is other supports building non support in the bot lane instead opting for aggressive buys.
since cdr has become so commonplace theres just no room for anything but to fight and start favorable engages, and support items dont help that situation.
