Revert Malzahar please
The current Malzahar doesn't do any damage and is just an ult bot - exactly what Riot said they wouldn't make him when they reworked him.

Yeah. He actually needs a base damage buff. He needs at least two completed items to start dealing actual damage and even then, it's not that amazing. In this meta, it's needed to do a lot of damage in a very short period of time quite early and malza doesn't fit to it sadly. All his kill pressure relies on his R as the rest of his abilities are rather weak. I prefered the pool because it was instant damage. Now, it is needed to wait for those voidlings to find their way, if they do and if they're not insec by random aoe damage. He was funnier to play before his rework even if the new passive is great.
Malzahar cannot have both safety (Shield) and power (High base damage & ratios)
Back when Malzahar had stronger abilities, Ult was a nice to have thing, not a must use ability.
Why?
Because his basic abilities were strong individually.
Riot is the one who stated that Ult can only be used with pool and that Malzahar must focus his combos on one person instead of using each ability for different situations.
Yes. It would be nice to see a revert.
