Something smells fishy to me..

um you make e for waveclear....................... somethings fishy that you guys have no idea what goes on in this game D:

you always maxed e.... ever since release, always, max, e.....

Lower cd troll pole, waveclear, slow, high damage and scaling, durrr

I often put extra points in W by level 5, it's more mana effecient damage, and it allows you more freedom to use E more for utility (escape/dodge skill/ minion aggro drop), instead of relying on it for damage

If you put an extra point in your "2nd skill" at level 4 instead of 8, you still max your primary skill by level 9. If you go even further and put 3 points in your 2nd skill at level 5, you primary skill is still maxed at level 10, just before you pick up rank 2 ulti.

Waveclear isn't a concern at all super early in the game, actually it's almost a complete non factor before you even have the level 6 powerspike. If you just clear minions you won't be able to trade with your lane opponent or deny them cs. Costs Fizz a lot of mana anyways
