What is "Dodge" in Additional Stats for Champions when using Spectator mode?

LOL this is still in spectator mode? damn riot you are such lazy dudes its always a new surprise. dodge was a stat on i think ats/crit items and jax had it on his passive(?) basically there was a % chance to not get dmg. like when you are blinded and autoattack.

To be fair, they have always cared about Spectator mode because that's how LCS gets it's viewers.

Obviously, if it is what i think it means. So why is it still in the game? There is no way this could have been overlooked when they updated the HUDs so it has to be intentional.

Best guess? For simplicity, the stats screen in spectate mode just uses the same template created way back when League launched, when dodge was a stat.

I believe they still use the coding on certain champs like shen, jax and possibly with teemos q but the dodge chance stat hasnt been obtainable in years.

Dodge was a stat you could get on champs in the earlier seasons of LoL. It literally gave you the chance to "dodge" an attack, negating all damage. It was on Ninja Tabi (replaced it's current AA damage mitigation), Jax' E passive (gave you dodge chance, up to 18%), there were runes for it, and there might have been a few other items that gave it, not sure if I remember.

Fun fact, shortly after it was removed from the game bots would still get dodge from Ninja Tabi (gave 12% dodge). You'd see it on Cho'Gath Bot mostly (or at least I did).
