So there's some empty space under Riven's Health bar, might as well make some use of it.
Make Riven's "Resouce Bar" track the charges she has on her passive. It can help Riven players more easily keep track of her charges, and it gives her opponents a rather obvious warning that her auto attacks are suddenly going to hurt a lot more than usual.
Teridax683 votesFrom what I remember, Riot tested out a change like this, but decided against this as it ran against the typical meaning of resource bars: the more filled up a resource bar, the deadlier the champion. Riven, on the other hand, tends to be at her weakest when she has three stacks of her passive, as her abilities are on cooldown, and at her strongest when her "resource bar" is empty, which is when all of her abilities are up.
HigeR4 votesI think it was mostly the fact that resource bars are mostly static or stoic in nature, meaning that they fill or empty at certain pace. If Riven was given this, her bar would fill and empty itself like crazy and in a fight the bar would simply go bonkers xD making it pretty much useless

although i do not main riven, i am confident in the fact that any riven player, as well as her opponents, will be able to view just how powerful she happens to be at that moment.
This isn't offering new information either, as Riven players have to look just above the HP bar, and opponents have to click her and look at the top left corner of their screen to see her stacks, its the whole "fight the champ not the game" thing again, as it just makes that info easier to see.
