Ranked is really unfair right now

So every game of ranked ive done this pre season has people ranging from diamond to bronze in the same game. Really riot what drugs are you guys doing? I understand most people are in their placements but we should still be matched with people of the same skill level, not just throwing 10 people in a game regardless of what rank they are. Game is really not fun right now because of this issue, and its causing people to either win, or lose, games that were unfair from the start.
