Can you nerf Super Minions...

Early game, when trying to kill a super minion is a huge nightmare. Can't you just remove the minion health regeneration and their armour. Will do good for all AD champions. Insanely hard to kill Minions early, sometimes teams get inhibitors at minutes 15-20.

Also games become longer sometimes. I hate 1h games. Can you increase XP gain? And lower a bit the item costs.
