A brilliant idea to balance damage output and gameplay in general

The problem everyone admits is there is too much damage going on and game revolves around who kills the other first. My opinion is that the itemization causes all of this and not a champions being overloaded with mechanics and stuff.

My suggestion is to change the scaling of abilities and revamp the items(also make some new ones).

Damaging Abilities will now scale off only with ability power for all champions. Normal attacks will work as now with attack power. Heals and shields will scale with protection power(new stat). Defensive abilities will scale with armor/mr.(example leonas W armor and mr increase will sclale with mr/armor while the damage with ability power)

Why these suggestion? Simple. To limit the overall damage potential of champions that gain everything out of one stat.So you wont be able to use skills that deal 500 dmg while also having aa deal the same or more.It will prevent burst types of champions to be still relevant after a rotation.

Now with these change items will fall under certain categories that provide more or less stats based in the combination of potential outcomes. Example items that provide both offensive and defensive stats will have both their effects greater reduced.Adding in utility in the mix like pen or cdr they wil cost more but provide less.

Categories will be: AA offensive : Attack damage, attack speed, critical chance ability based: Ability power, protection power , mana ,mana reg defensive stats: health , armor ,magic resist , health reg Utility: penetration, lifesteal/spellvamp, movement speed, cdr ,tenacity

so items with stats from 2 different categories will suffer greatly, 3 or even more. Example-> black cleaver the most op item for many champions/roles . Attack damage,health,cdr,pen lets say it fall under 3 categories it will resolve it having its stats greatly gutted,like 30 attack damage,10% cdr and 200 health.

Riot will need to make some new items or rework items for supports/tanks and hybrids. Champions like ezreal who depend on skills will need to either focus on ability power to max damage output from abilities but he will no longer be able to also fight with normal attacks.He will have to sacrifice an item slot to get something for aa or just take 2 items slots with mixed ability and ad to have both at a relative normal level.

Bruisers will be directly nerfed and they will have to choose if they want to do damage or being tanky.Mages will have to invest more to gain their desired outcome of damage.Assasins will be able to burst once and then be somehow useless(that's their role anyway).Adc will be either be aa based or ability based depending on their items.Tanks wont change much since it wont affect them.Supports will only focus on supporting and not be a pseudo support looking at all the mages ruining bot lanes(brand, lux, Velkoz, Zyra, veigar, and so on...). Junglers will be affected like others.

This way the numbers can be easily controlled and it will be easier to make new unique items(seriously when was the last unique item that provided something special?) Furthermore with those items you can define what you will play. There will be some exceptions to champions with scaling but thats because its their mechanics (ryze, rammus, hecarim, malphite, yorick and some others)

So apparently my Idea is pretty good since I get downvoted with no interaction. This shows I am correct and league fanboys cant accept this.It has been proven numerous times that many good posts are downvoted to oblivion so they wont see the light in trending. Keep on going!!!
