devour enchantment or Warwick and Udyr need to be nerfed

Warwick is just WAY to overpowered with the new jungle items, same with udyr. I remember Feral Flare being nerfed to base damage of 25 magic damage and you had to get 30 stacks before you can even get that magic damage and the stacks for more damage. But now, the devour enchantment starts at 40 magic damage, and it can stack on from there without the additional 30 stacks you needed to get the damage. and if you have a fast jungle clear with high attack speed, like udyr and and warwick, you are most likely to get to 50+ stacks on it. So rito, either nerf the item or change Udyr and Warwick.
