Late game, Bard's heal get's pretty useless. Something I'd like to happen to him is when you place his E down and wait for it to get to it's second phase, instead of it healing more I think it'd be better if the heal had a percentage health bonus. Late game you're usually just healing your allies by just clicking on them, so this buff would encourage Bard players to place their healing packs down more because it's a lot more beneficial in it's second form.
I agree and think it`s a good suggestion. But, the heal you are referencing is his W. E is magical journey.
Never played/bought Bard but my sister said Bard's shrines are on her W key for her. Title mistake?
I think Bard's shrines should simply give mana to whoever (BESIDES Bard so he has infinite mana with his chimes) uses it. That alone would make him work extremely well with ADCs like Sivir or Ezreal and be a huge buff to his laning phase.
Maybe when casted on allies it could heal them for 50% of the max amount over 4 sec. It doesn't give him the instant heal,but still it's a really nice buff to his overall healing.
Btw his healing is on his W.
