Is there ever a chance Riot will make a mode where you can practice champs abilities like in Heroes or Dota? I know there is other threads like this sadly I didn't want to look very hard. And I couldn't find a definite answer. Thank you

Well, that blows. I hate having to wait 10minutes for an ULT CD to come back up just to practice it.. IE: Orianna flash ULT combo or Zed ult.. I mean I guess if I quit my night job and cut out 4 hours of sleep and divorce my wife I can practice a lot more and more efficiently
