First wave shouldn't be random?

I feel like it'd be a good thing if the first wave of minions would attack preset opposing minions if left unimpeded. I think it's dumb that you can sometimes get away with a longer leash than others, depending on how well your minions focus on the first wave. And I hate it a lot when I have an ADC that doesn't seem to realize this and gets to lane too late to get experience from the first couple minions. And this is way too big of a disadvantage from a luck factor, IMO.

Yes, I know, you'll say he should've gotten to lane earlier. Well guess what. Your opponents got to lane at the same time, and they didn't happen to miss anything. And if you were to get to lane earlier, they still got the advantage of giving a better leash than you did.

And I'm not saying the randomness should be removed from all waves, just the first wave.
