@Riot Nasus Q mana cost

I have been wondering if it is possible to have Nasus Q refund the mana if you kill the unit you attack. The reason I bring this up is because I have noticed that even when I am ONLY using my Q to CS and farm up my stacks I run out very quickly. I find it strange that Nasus is punished so heavily for using a part of my kit as intended. I understand his other 3 spells being mana gated to keep his power in check and to prevent spamming but this doesn't make sense when it comes to using his Q as its suppose to be spammed.

a mana refund on the q, wooooow.

that maybe doesnt sound like much, but would be a gigantic buff. endless stacking with a full cdr runepage.

Seriously out of all the games that I've played Nasus where I only ONLY use my Q, I run out of mana when I already have 3-400+ stacks and that is if I have not backed yet. Don't know how you are running out of mana. And my cdr at level 1 is 20% so I use Q much more often

The short answer is no.

Nasus already has pretty good health sustain thanks to his passive. He needs a reason to leave lane before he has item 3110

I almost never run out of mana on Nasus unless I constantly use my W and E.

Nasus can literally last hit forever with his Q if that is all he is doing.

Even if he sits at 0 mana, he can regen enough to get nearly every CS.

The problem arises when you spam his E.

Nasus manacost on Q is extremely underwhelming. It used to be 20/25/30/35/40 mana and right now it's 20 at all ranks, which is extremely low. It hardly gets you to lose mana unless you use other spells.
