Do crits double ALL damage from an auto attack?
If I wanted to build something like runaans hurricane on Kayle would her ap damage from e and nashors double as well?

No On hit effects and most of bonus dmg wont be affected by crits. For example bonus dmg from Vaynes Q or Garens Q. AA will crit but bonus dmg will just be added as it is without any multiplications.
