Some Things Riot Neglects

I'm going to list a few parts of the game that Riot neglects to look into or has far too low on the priority list. They are not in any particular order.

  1. AP Fighter Itemization - Pretty simple here. They just don't have viable items. AP Fighters can't build Penetration without completely destroying their build. I also believe how AP works especially with Deathcap causes a tone of problems with AP Fighters existence.

  2. Items - Certain items are purely neglected like item 3056 while others have huge problems that need a overhaul like item 3124 Phantom hits are not healthy and cause extreme imbalance for on-hit items and champions that want to build these. Also the insane amount of CDR available.

  3. Removing Off-roles - So yes the runes have allowed for many champions to be played in new positions and roles which is phenomenal, but Riot has been removing other champions abilities to be played in multiple roles which is not fun to see.

Anything that you all have noticed being neglected?

Wording of abilities; coming from games like Yugioh of Magic, where text is everything, League is very frustrating.

For example, jax e dodges basic attacks. Yasuo q is treated as a basic attack. Jax e or teemo blind does not always block yasuo q as the ability descriptions would suggest.

Also, teemo, Graves, and quinn all have blinds (they might have changed some to nearsighted recently), but "blind" means different things to those champions.

I've noticed other things too while playing, but those are just ones that come to mind

Those would be annoying. I think that the last blind should be changed to a nearsighted effect anyways and then change the wording to match that.

Then there's other edge cases that unexpectedly work better than intended, rarely abusable but tend to get the champion in question nerfed hard, instead of changing the interaction. Still obnoxious balancing too.

The problem with buffing or making champs work in multiple roles is that it can easily spiral out of control. Let's say yasuo is good mid, but mediocre top. They want Yas top to be better, but they can't or else it completely busts Yas mid. It's much harder to balance a champ around 2 or 3 roles as opposed to 1 or 2

Well Karma should be balanced around Support and Mid not Support and Tank top.
