Twitch lvl 2 gank with red buff either leaves you with ~10% hp (with used summs) or you die

I played abit twitch jungle trying this in normals. and i can say pretty much the chance of you getting a kill from that lvl 2 gank is 80%. seriously..

That's the price of playing Twitch in the jungle, though - all he is is ganks. Without blue or red buff, he has a pretty arduous and unhealthy jungle clear that leaves him prone to invades and counter jungling. This forces a jungle Twitch into a predictable play-pattern of constant ganking and invading.

Play around it and deny him, and you can outscale him since he doesn't clear the jungle particularly well.

A good player will play accordingly to not die to a stealth jungler. If nobody overextends early, twitch will be forced to deal with his crappy clearing in the jungle. Also having your jungler invade or counter gank mid lane is a way to really mess up the rat.
