Why does Recuve Bow still exist?

Chain vest is changing to build out of Cloth Armor. Negatron Cloak is being removed. Both of these are to reduce redundancy, and make any component item worth something. So why keep Recurve Bow? It currently builds into three items (Runaan's Hurricane, Wit's End, and Sword of the Divine), and all three of those items also build out of Dagger. Cloak of Agility also has this problem, as a more expensive version of a common component item, but it only builds into two items (though, admittedly, one of those items doesn't also use Brawler's Glove).

What reason is there for keeping both these items? The AD/AP items make sense existing in 3 tiers, but these two don't.

Cant argue that, why doesn't item 1043 build out of item 1042

Because who ever heard of turning a dagger into a bow. Riot's logic is sound. Gah, I can't say that with a serious face ( -_-)

That's not the reason at all considering: item 3089 builds out of two sticks item 3160 builds out of a claw and some daggers item 3157 builds out of an armguard and a stick And so much more items turning into other items.

True to that, so I don't know why not XD

What's Runaan's build path gonna be then, 4 daggers?

Ideally, yes. It'd be even better than when Zhonya's Ring built out of 3 blasting wands.
