Talons nerf

Favorite assassin in the game. now while I understand why hes not a top pick since he has no real disengage (cause you often engage with ulti for max damage) I also see him as one of the more balanced champs in the game. But its a hard life being an AD mid laner in an AP's world. And Im sure this has been discussed before but I wanted to make a post about it. why the hell was silence removed? why is his slow from E .25 seconds? thats so short I didnt even know he HAD a slow. youll never see it because its only worth is to proc his passive (provided that you can even get the most outta it by AA and Q in .25 of a second...) the only great thing about him is how short his ults CD is. I mean, you can spam it really. And it takes people by surprise on how soon you already have it. AT FIRST. Now, this adds on to the topic I been seeing a lot lately on how a majority of champs in LoL are worthless and are never played. Talon is one of those champs. Despite the fact that hes a fun to play champ, you cant quite get over the fact that against other assassins or against any other mid lane champ. Hes probably gonna lose lane unless your opponent is just bad. but yknow, if they gave him back his silence maybe hed viable again. or hey, maybe decrease the mana cost on rake, have e give a damage boost or make his passive do a bigger percent.

just makes me sad that another champion ive taken a liking to is just outright not playable in anything remotely competitive.
