really don't know thats the big deal with it. it isn't all that effecktive, i actually hardly can recall a game in which the cinderhulk toplaner wasn't rather usless...

not that bad. i like the meta, there's a big mix of stuff.

I like the hyperbole this community maintains throughout all changes.

There were times when entire game was playing Lee Sin, running ignite/flash, rushing gold items and building hydra/botrk etc.

Time fixes stuff, all you need is patience.

The thing that is so strong in top lane is not just Cinderhulk (which is in a mostly fine spot right now, with the nerfs in 5.7), but the combination of Skirmisher's and Cinderhulk.
