I love the new texts in loading screen but we can go even further especially with the new system

These new lore related Did you Knows and these anti-tilt tips such as quotes from pros are great additions albeit slightly unnoticed. But enough of that, I want to improve on it and make the loading screen text more directed.

How? Well, with the new level system coming out next season and with the current honor system, we can sort out these tips/text into different groups.

EG. 'Everyone misses skillshots once in a while, even you.' 'You can't change other's attitudes but you can change yours' etc. can go into an anti-tilt category

'the default shortcut to the shop is 'p'' '20 farm roughly equals one kill worth of gold' etc. goes into beginners tips and tricks category

'Most of the voidborn's names comes from ancient shuriman.' 'Galio is covered by anti-magic material' etc goes into lore category

and so on. We can have different categories.

Now onto my main idea. We can dish out or manipulate numbers so that certain groups of people receive different tips/texts from different categories more often than not.

With the honor system in place, lvl 2 and below would get a higher % chance to get a anti-tilt category text in the loading screen while new players (with the new level system, it becomes easier to distinguish who's a noob barring smurfs) will more likely get tips and tricks. The chill players will get lore categories at a higher % compared to the others.

By doing this we subtly help new players and help reforming players without much effort. It's a low risk low reward tactic and won't solve things in the long run but will help even if by a bit.
