Is killing the Scuttle Crab while it's eating Honey Fruit a re-portable offense?

I want to scut's armor/MR reduction to apply when a Honeyfruit is eaten.. Some champions aren't able to cc the damn thing. It would be a nice little niche Easter Egg sort of thing. Make it stop, it'll lower it's defenses. Feed it and it doesn't keep it's defenses up.

I like to lure scuttle in with the fruit so I can trap her and kill her faster.
