Taliyah buff idea?

I personally find Taliyah extremely fun and am glad that riot finally made something i find interesting. She's not overwhelming and is SOMEWHAT balanced when considering how she doesn't 1 shot adcs giving them a fair chance to fight back. One problem is how underwhelming she is as a midlaner and as a player who played only a few games with her I feel like the worked ground debuff is a pretty huge handicap for her and I feel like there shouldn't be any worked ground when she uses her Q. Zed even after his nerfs is still dominating mid lane with his extremely high dmg and constant harass and yasuo with his kit along with other mages such as annie, lux, lb, etc that have pretty much no handicaps at all. I do realize I am contradicting what i said about how its balanced when comparing them to adcs so i thought maybe you could increase her Q cooldown in return for getting rid of worked ground. I feel like this is one of the big reasons why she has such a low win rate despite the fact that she is a new champ and people haven't gotten used to her yet. Also just wanted to clarify I'm just getting the idea out there I'm not really desperate about giving her another buff like that just kinda sad to find that one new champion i enjoy isn't even pick worthy at all :/
