Looking for macro tips

Hi, I'm a support yorick otp and I'm looking for macro game help. More often than not my adc and I roam and take every tier1 tower. But what should we do after that? I understand that it depends on comp but I'd like to hear what high elo support players do in the midgame since that's where my momentum either stalls or absolutely crushes the enemy.

Assume drag and Herald are off the map, I know enough to secure those when I can.
