Can we give Udyr some love? Lower mana costs or more Mov Speed on his E?

Hi LAS based player here, been maining since season 2, got to high plat with him. After a 1 month hiatus from lol i come back and find him in a sorry state. He had already been feeling progressively weaker due to the following:

1. Mobility Creep: With the popularity of on mids, increased mov speed and mobility in items for both APCs and ADCs like Udyr's gimick (Being super fast), is now everywhere unfortunately. One of his Unique aspects at being able to outrun his competition is not too his advantage anymore. 2.** Increased CC **on a lot of champs... Supports being able to afford cheaper or a lot of AP's having a point click slow with and more CC in general from reworks... this, in tandem with the increase mobility has really made him poor in the current meta.

While he still has a decent clear, his advantages really drop there. His previous weaknesses, being heavily gold dependent, poor teamfighting, and can easily fall behind, and off course the worst of all, HES COMPLETELY MELEE WITH NO RANGE ANYTHING...

Im not asking for damage or stat buffs here, but he does need some buffs to his strenghts, being mobility most off all. Some buff ideas:

1. Longer duration on his E, maybe some more mov speed on it too.
2. Lower mana costs.
3. It would also be cool if he could get his old Mana vamp back, maybe on his E to make him have to trade between his W and E for sustain. I belive if he could get to Running a bit faster again and not burn so much mana on stances, he could get back on his feet again.

TLDR: Udyr is weak due to Meta mobility creep and more slows on items, losing his gimmick and strengths... needs buff to mana costs or his mobility to bring him back up to par.
