If I was the one that reworked Soraka...

Salvation (passive): Soraka's health and mana restoring abilities are 1% more powerful for every 2% of the target's missing health or mana.

Sterne (Q): Soraka blasts an enemy with a star, dealing magic damage and slowly marking nearby enemies marking a maximum of 6 enemies making a Constellation. Enemies can run away before the link is completed. 3 seconds later all who were marked in the Constellation get targeted by a falling star dealing magic damage and immobilizing them for 0.5 seconds. Astral Blessing's cooldown is reduced per enemy hit by a star for an amount of time. This reduction is halved for falling stars.

Astral Blessing (W): Soraka heals an ally. It's cooldown is reduced per enemy hit by a falling star for a short amount of time.

Infuse/Equinox (E):

Infuse: If Soraka targets an ally Soraka restores mana to them. However Soraka cannot restore mana to herself.

Equinox: If Soraka targets an enemy or the ground Soraka creates a zone that deals magic damage and silences all enemies inside. When the zone expires all enemies that were still inside it are rooted.

Wish: Soraka calls upon divine powers to restore health to all allied champions.

Why all this?

I personally don't like nuking kits that aren't even that outdated. It's just not necessary. Even though Soraka is in a pretty good spot at the moment, I didn't like that they removed things in her kit that we really enjoyed. They removed her mana giving, I mean why? They completely destroyed her being able to go mid or top. Who doesn't like going in a solo lane as a godly unicorn? They changed her kit to something boring. Her new Q doesn't feel impactful. I know it actually does a lot, but it just doesn't feel like it does. She isn't really about stars anymore. Disappointingly, it's just a falling meteor. I don't know, she just feels boring now. What do you guys think?
