Happens time and time again. I should just dodge. Riot is obviously incapable of balancing tanks. Unless a composition is specifically tailored towards dealing with tanks, and I mean very specifically not very much can be done. You can outplay them, you can stall, but you can't win. How are 5 random players with a pick-order going to deal with three tank teams? How can tanks still be so dominate with their absurdly simple mechanics, read: zero. Turrets become irrelevant, CC becomes irrelevant, and carries literally need to reach late-game to do enough damage to them to even punish their outlandishly aggressive and mindless gameplay. It's very frustrating and especially this season it has been a constant. Swiftness boots need to be removed, tanks don't care about the loss of CDR, AS, or pen but carries need it and are left further vulnerable to the onslaught of ridiculous gap closers and CC. Volibear has been sitting at a 55% winrate since pre-season, but who cares lets gut every champion that deals true damage. Udyr and Maokai are back in the meta. Is it going to be three months ago all over again?
