People Play Whatever They Want Idea Fix

So basically, when riot removed team builder a lot of players who play are a 1 trick pony just go into a game a pick a champion and play it. Now the thing that I hate is when they do this in draft. Now must people leave when their champion is banned, some troll. But when they are last pick and change to lets say a Kha Jungle randomly when they are bot lane......thats just stupid. Then like most people we go WTF! because this person wanted jungle Kha. Now idk about you but there has to be a report option or something we can do when this happens. Because just a alistar bot lane is bad. And I know if your the jungler you should just go bot and hold the lane, but some dont do that. The point I'm making is can we get like a trade roles option or something. Like lets say I wanted top lane but i got mid lane. we do a trade lane thing like trade champions. Then like if your you top you cant take smite. like I think this is a good idea. Mainly because this will only be in draft mode. So if you still wanted to go all smite you can in blind.
