Cait and Jinx

Cait has far more free harass than jinx, longer poke, an escape and free crits. Both have their strengths and weaknesses though.

Cait has an escape. But, Jinx is probably the only immobile ADC worth playing in solo Q. The rest are just too much trouble to play, with all the Vi's, Irelia's, J4's, etc. that making playing an immobile ADC not worth the trouble.

But thats about the gist of it. You have an escape.
