Aby Scepter/Mask and the new Banshee's

Okay so, I have been enjoying the new Banshee's on a handful of champions but there are a few that just have such a hard time now without aby. Is there a way that anyone thinks that Riot could make another item with the same passive as aby (so that they cant stack) but like the old aby with ap, mr and maybe cdr. Just something I have been thinking that may be better for the game because some champs really liked the old one rather than Banshee's.
