So you want to make her have a laning phase besides shielding her adc when they take damage but then you nerf literally anything and everything to make her have a laning phase? Mmk Riot thanks for changing a champion's playstyle and then nerfing them into the ground. (:

She's more powerful than she was before...lol
She's just not as braindead.
She has more nerfs on the PBE because she rose to nearly a 60% winrate.
I wasn't able to play assassins for so long because of those braindead enchanter supports for so long and Riot didn't do anything until now.
Honestly even if it isn't fair i couldn't be more happy about them ruining this "press E get elo" kind of cancer.
She still has a 53.4% winrate with a 14% playrate [zombie-brand-mindblown]
Is her early game weaker? yes, thank god at 50% pre-15 minutes, But after that time her usefulness skyrockets. She's still as un-interact-able in lane as ever.

Janna just afks or uses tornados in lane to force the enemy adc to stop pushing she sheilds when she is engaged on how is that any diffrent from other supports with a shield
