Champ Select Trolls in ranked

There should be a way to prevent dodging without losing LP. I just got into a queue match where a troll was going Tristana mid and when the enemy team banned his Tristana he took my duo's adc when he had it locked in already. I believe his intention was to make one of us dodge first or go bot lane no matter what. A person suggested staying in game and playing anyway and to report him after but I really didn't want to go through the tilt ordeal.

Edit: I checked op.gg he's in a live game with his selected role of adc in the bot lane and I get the penalty and 6 minute queue dodge.
