But can we seriously nerf Youmu's Ghostblade? Like, people say Jhin is broken, but I only ever see Jhin do well when he builds this item. If you want my honest opinion, I don't even think it needs a numbers nerf, because it does exactly what it's meant to do. The problem I have with the item is the fact that ranged champions can use it.

That being said, I think they should make it melee-only, with the exception of maybe Jayce and Kayle (for being special cases of melee-to-range type champions).
