What are you going to do about all of Autofill's incidental issues Riot?
This whole programme seems like a knee jerk reaction for the need to get more people to play support and that little thought went into auto fill. Twice in a row, (3 times for my adc) did we get a support who didn't actually want to play support and picked a non support into that role (

). The Teemo afked after 4 minutes and our got bored and roamed around for the entirety of the other game. We all know that afk penalties are not severe (you could do work or watch videos while you wait) and your automated systems lets reported players get off free.
These are issues with auto fill that need to be addressed. You made auto fill to save time queuing up for a game but these issues do the opposite!

Players not picking actual support champions then under performing in their designated role. Mind you, these players who are willing to do this already must have a sour mood and would be more likely to flame. This lowers the quality of the match that we got put in which is counter productive to long queue times trying to find us quality matches.

Players dodge more. This wastes time for the other 9 players an when they are queued up again, two things can happened to lengthen queue times:
a) A player did not have auto fill protection, but got mid and then was forced back to lobby only to queue up as support will have a greater likelihood to want to dodge.
b) Champions selected in champion select will be known to the other 9 players, leading to an increased chance of the said champions being banned leading to players wanting to dodge.
Short term solutions to get people to want to fill (play support)?
Give ip bonuses to players who queue up as fill or support. Some kind of penalty needs to be put in place for not actually playing support properly (though the automated system seems to make this and impossibility).
Now, I need ip to buy runes and champs so I am off to Poro King so I don't have to worry about this auto fill bull shit and players not following it. I actually want to play some games of league and not be held hostage by some player.
