I kind of want him to be reworked and I also don't.
His ultimate and W are awesome and I'd be really disappointed if they removed those, but his Q is lame for being his main source of damage, his E is nigh worthless, and his passive is either really overpowered or extremely weak depending on the enemy team comp.

Firstly, while I did not explicitly imply this, I was talking about full VGU's which can be seen by the champions I posted. Secondly, the amount of full VGU's is less compared to the amount of new champions.
Why?
Both of these groups take roughly the same amount of development time. Why create new champions (that make the older champions appear inferior) and not improve the old? Why not divert resources to this in lieu of pumping out new content. We get 3 full VGU's every year. Riot will get these champions updated around 2019. There are more that I could have posted too. Why do loyal fans of these champs have to wait so long for them to get updated? Because we need new champions?
