Could we have champion quotes heard by everyone again but
make a slider that allows us to change the volume on said quotes? It was a cool feature that added something to the champion select.

They said they'd consider it for the new client with the option of turning it on or off. I would love to have it back. It's awesome thematically and for helping me get into the mindset of the game as each champion prepares themselves, and it allows me to be alt-tabbed looking at builds, youtube, or whatever I want and still know what people are locking in. And so long as the client pops forward when it's my turn, I won't miss my pick.
It fits really well with the ban quotes, too. We hear every champion speak with a ban quote, but not for all the picks, which I think is sorta backwards. We should have both if we have one.
