Could we be close to a Meta Shift ?

Ok, I could be talking a lot of trash, but I do think that the meta is going to take another turn, to mages, not assassin Mages, just mages. Here are the reasons

1. The Ap Jungle Item : Ok this is obvious. Its a big buff most Ap junglers ( Sorry Fiddle, but not you) and it could bring into the meta of the jungle champs like Diana , Ap Eve again, Ap Gragas, Ekko, Fizz , Ap Cho , Ap Gp, Kayle, Nidalee ( Who likes Magus, but also like sheen) Ap Poppy, Ap Skarner, Twisted Fate, Ap Zac and along with her small buff Elise will return to be at least a viable pick. Now you could be thinking "Ok, so the junglers that are in the meta changed, big deal, it does not effect the lanes", but let me refresh your memory to the fact that then entire reason why we are in the tank meta, is because cinderhulk was introduced. That was it, very few tank champs got buffed since then ,and they have been in the meta, Vladimir is a example of this. He has no recent buffs, and was not that big of a pick during the assassin meta, but now he is a top tier pick.
2. The Ap Items rework. Ok this is where think get really interesting. So Xypherous droped off a list o ap items that will be tested during patch 5.13 time on the PBE. If those items ever do get pushed to live, mages will change a lot, a lotty lot. Here is the post (http://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-gameplay-feedback/q2694bqE-513-core-ap-items-pass) and if you read the items, you can see that champ that like to build the ROA/ Archangels combo are going to be VERY rewarded, and the champs that buld that the mages, not the Ap assassins.
