Maybe games are too fast because siege is weak?

Just a theory, but a lot of the best siege oriented champions haven't been meta in ages. Except perhaps Xerath. The kind of artillery mage with high wave clear who can keep their distance and either push people out of tower safety or hold off a siege against their own towers.

Maybe games would last longer if you had more champions like Ziggs, Lux, Anivia etc holding back minions waves and stopping teams from committing to tower dives as much.

There are less and less ways to defend a base these days. If they are already ahead they WILL break in right through the front door and vice versa if you're on the winning team.

The AP item update might help though.

"The Ap item update might help" This incoming Baron Buff Buff : https://gyazo.com/6bad591e1852cda88009df30c7306f6f And Elder Dragon Buff Buff : https://gyazo.com/aced9750c20ebffb1cf8411340a40070

Aren't likely to favorize sieging.

I think that's exactly the reason they are happening, to let ahead teams finish, and avoid the tedious 'this was over at 15 mins, but will take another 15 to close' games. Awful to watch, dull to play. It will also show how insanely snowbally the game is at the moment, which will at least let us face that issue head on.

to be fair though breaking down the front door is the only way to win other then a surrender.

This is kind of interesting.

Because as a fiddle main I feel like poke is out healed by all the sustain in the game. Poking is almost unless. Its jump on someone then instant zerg them.

So I believe you are correct. Maybe less zerg and take away a lot of the sustain in the runes?
