holy poppy and darius's hp regen

i wonder why she had a great sustain.. then i looked up at her stats... and i realize holy shot... she is too strong bully like darius!

poor garen... no wonder i have hard to fight her at early level... (i will need to use cloth to against her due to her early strong q... i stacked my health from runes/masteries tho....

soooo is her hp regen balance for early?

Garen intentionally has low base health regeneration due to his passive, so Darius and Poppy having higher health regeneration rates is a given. Also, Darius and Poppy were meant to be tanky bruiser champions, based on both of their classifications contain "fighter" and "tank". Poppy only has one ability which augments her "tank" status, while darius has none (if you don't count his lifesteal Q.) In order to keep up their "bruiser" status, they need to rely on base stats, hence the health regeneration.

Heimerdinger lvl 1 hp regeneration is almost the same as garens with his passive active for some reason.

which is kindof crazy considering that he doesnt even bring himself into situations where garens passive would be deactivated. it just runs nonsop and out sustains most of the little damage he takes.
