Heimer nerfed too hard or..?

Is it my champ got nerfed too hard that i dont have an impact on my games anymore? i have almost 4kda on my champ with 40-45% kp i usually do the most dmg of my team but SOMEHOW, i cannot GET A SINGLE WIN, is it the multiple unjustified nerf? is the bad matchmaking? i dont know , what i DO KNOW THO is i stop playing and i have no idea when ill start again (( wait until it gets fixed? but how would i know that anyways?) ....
