That buff was a mistake, this is the first time Ive ever been one shot by a Yi. All this dude had was

and boots, he ran dark harvest yet the entire game was revolved around him waiting in bushes and using Q to strike on person 4 times and deal 500 damage. Its the single dumbest buff ive ever seen, why even give it to him?

Yes, new Q is very strong. Mid Yi almost oneshotted a ryze at minute 4 of the game with Q and one or two autos.
I think there's no point on the YI buff. The damage is so fking unbalanced and has few counterplays because now Q's invincibility lasts longer. Even 
will have problems facing yi because of the duration :/
So I'm guessing you've never been one shot by the Old "prerework" Fiora ultimate….(talk about no counterplay)
