@Meddler, how will Sated Devourer interact with Aatrox's W, Jax's Ultimate, and Tiamat/Hydra?

I know that it won't re-apply auto-attack enhancers that have to be activated, such as Rengar's Q, Nasus's Q, or Jax's W, but how will it interact with passive "every third auto-attack" enhancers like Aatrox's W and Jax's Ultimate? Will the Phantom passive apply these empowered auto-attacks if their attack counters are at 2 or something like that?

Also, will it apply Tiamat/Hydra twice similar to BoRK? Just a bunch of curiosities.

EDIT Also, if I'm correct, the Phantom passive will decrease cooldown timers that are reduced by auto-attacking, correct? By this, I mean things like Nocturne's passive, Shen's passive, and Master Yi's Q cooldown.

The phantom strike will effectively make Aatrox/Jax's every 3rd attack every 2nd attack (1st hit 1 strike, 2nd hit 2 strikes, repeat). For Tiamat/Hydra, according to Meddler it does apply Cleave so it should do that twice.
