ARAM: Does it really need dodgers?

It seems like dodging in ARAM has become insane. Most rounds have at least one dodge. I just had 3 dodges in a row trying to play one ARAM game. ARAM has no ranking. The point of the game is RANDOM, it is in the name! Can we get something more strict on this?
