Rek'Sai's recommended items stay the same, even if you do not have smite. So it just stays the same , and you can't buy it. Please fix this and ill be a happy

If I'm playing top I usually get a ruby crystal to build into frozen mallet. Then sunfire. Then hydra. By the time you get the giants belt on Frozen Mallet you are unstoppable.
