With Gangplank's rework, Quinn might end up being his hardest counter top lane to be honest. Ranged auto attack harass, blind to nulify his Q, and can 100% deny any form of barrel placement since Quinn can auto the barrels before GP gets close to actually hit them.

throw a barrel right next to you. wait until it decays. if she comes close to destroy it, throw another barrel in her face and q the one at your feet.

problem solved. you people need to learn to use the explosion chains. granted, her w makes it harder to prep a barrel in a bush. but its on a relatively long cooldown, so... eh.

with enough practise you will even explode barrels that you throw directly at them. its just a matter of getting the timing of the q right, so the bullet lands right the moment the second bar decays.

ranged top laners are generally squishier so landing a keg will gut them and the slow is crippling the speed boost massive they will get outtraded no matter what they do.

only 100% counter to gangplank is and was mordekaiser If you are against a ranged oppenent it is a skill matchup on who has the fastest gun the only lanes that give gangplank trouble are ones with high auto attack ranges or instant/very quick blicks/dashes like irelia wukong and fiora

vlad is also a easy lane simply take ignite and crush him early call in jungle assistance once you get a lead on vlad hes done if your q+keg is dealing no damage you're playing gankplank wrong

Knowing the the decay timings/parrley travel time is also good

Place them next to you so they have to move forward and then place a barrel near them and proc the first barrel.

You dont need to proc all barrels with Parrley, yes it does alot of dmg, but Auto attacking the barrel is also good because its faster and barrels dont cost anything.

Gangplank is decent against ranged as he can more easily farm from ranged than other melee champs.

was laning against vlad he keep healing and healing my Q was doing literally no damage went for damage he literally drop me 100-0 on the tower , tower never hit him due to his pool. i build MR and a bit of dps, he build straight AP and crushed me while his Q was healing for more than my W and doing ridiculous damage. having retarded range on his spells.

Vlad is cumbersome if you give him any form for lead he will just get lane dominance however his weakest point is still his earlygame.

Generally you have to see when he is doing his Q and just retaliate very hard because it has a fairly long cooldown if he uses it on a minion, but yeah vlad is hard to deal with if you havent pressured him enough to deny him a hextech revolver.

Also his items got buffed in AP change update.

The biggest thing about vlad is that you have to deny him CS somehow.

Especially with the shield refresh on his stun. However the barrels will still dmg him which makes him a soft counter to GP now, because you can orange his stun and just stay safe in lane and farm.

He was however a hard counter to the old gp.

gankplank is trash done playing him not made for ranked he's literally garbage if you use barrel you can destroy it with auto's he literally counter himself stupid garbage champion only good troll games.
