Your post is so vague. What you mean by "bad" teammate? I had games where we were losing early game and where my toplaner was 0/3. No one flamed and we kept commumicating and creating plays, and we ended up winning the game. And he ended up 8/8/17. This isnt a solo game.

You could make a group/ find a premade full of people that you trust gameplay wise. It's really the Only solution to having random teams. Otherwise it's somewhat luck based and the team will have to help/carry that person if you wanna win
