Since she can already shield towers, I thought that perhaps it might be fair to let her shield inhibs too, especially since inhibs can't fight. Overall inhib is a structure and I thought that champs that can affect towers - like Janna shielding towers - could also apply to inhibs. And not just Janna either. Perhaps Ziggs satchel execute, Tristana bomb, and Bard ult (just to name a few) could apply as well.

That feeling as Bard when you ult the nexus then go "oh..."
inhibs are already easy to kill. Doesn't make sense to have things like that on them. I'm barely ok with Susan being able to proc Q on them, but that's is what she is for so I can't complain too much.
There are only a handful of ways that one can protect a turret. I can only think of two off the top of my head and that is Janna shield and bard ult. Many champions have empower abilities that can completely destroy inhibitors.
i think that's because she increases the AD of the towers that riot didn't think about shielding inhibs and nexus.
