Maybe Bard should be disabled in solo queue...

I mean... cmone, lets be honest here for one second, even in the hands of a skilled support player, without any chance to actually communicate with your team in real time, he is doing more bad than good anyway... The Ultimate is basicly spray and pray, you throw it and then you hope that the next 2 seconds dont completely change the game... (Seriously, I already had a situation where I used it to help an allie, who suddendly turned back to get a LASTHIT and got trapped while I was busy slamming my head on the table...)

Lets just make bard disabled for anyone who is not al least in a duo queue or better, 3 + premades
