Lucian?

Are we going to see anything to help Lucian. This is the second season in a row that he is going to be extremely weak going into a season after months of being in the dumpster. So is something going to be done?

Also I should know this being a Lucian main but what is his niche? What is his identity? Is it lane bully? His poke got nerfed with all the range changes. Sure he has double tap but its weakest early. He gets out ranged and has to get into harms way to do any damage and with the way things are currently that is impossible to do. The meta adc can either poke from range or all outscale him where even if he gets a lead he will probably lose if the game goes past 20 min. He's a purifier? But barely can do that because the culling is good for wave clear right now and that's it. He is safe with short dashes? Nefed the cd on it and every other ad with a dash can also poke and stay safer than him. So what is he supposed to be right now because he really has no identity other than cool looking with two guns. He isn't good as a lane bully unless you literally one trick him.
